What are you grateful for? When was the last time you thought about what truly matters in your life? What makes you feel good?

It’s easy to intellectualize, but to truly experience that feeling requires effort and consideration.  It also heightens/broadens your awareness.

Acknowledging what you are grateful for is a powerful exercise that makes you feel more present.  There’s so much less (more?) going on in this moment.
